Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Teller to join our Retail Branch organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring tellers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor tellers to improve customer service skills and increase referrals
  • Supervise customer transactions and educate customers on new technology
  • Assist with outbound calling initiatives and identify banking opportunities
  • Lead by example and demonstrate sound judgment in adhering to policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 1+ years of related experience in retail banking or a related field
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
