Lead Teller

As a Lead Teller at PNC, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and coaching tellers to achieve this goal. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, educating them on new technology, and supervising customer transactions. You will also assist with outbound calling initiatives and work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor tellers to deliver a unique customer experience
• Process customer interactions and identify banking opportunities
• Supervise tellers and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Assist with performance management and new hire selection processes

Requirements:

• 1+ years of related experience
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
