Assistant/Junior Estimator Role

Gpac, a leading search firm, is seeking a skilled Assistant/Junior Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for developing accurate and complete job estimates, obtaining bids from vendors and subcontractors, and maintaining cost keys and price masters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate development and analysis
  • Bid procurement and negotiation
  • Cost management and reporting
  • Special project reporting and analysis
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of estimating experience in residential construction
  • College degree preferred
  • Proficiency in estimating software
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
