Key Responsibilities
  • Accept and process donations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Presort and price merchandise to meet company standards
  • Achieve daily and weekly production goals set by the manager
  • Assist the team in living out our Mission to Reveal, Tell & Provide and carrying out our Core Values of being Trustworthy, Team-Minded, and Teachable
Requirements
  • Ability to write in legible, clear handwriting
  • Commitment to KARM Stores' mission and mission statement
  • Computer skills, including general typing skills and web browsing capabilities
  • Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form
  • Physical ability to stand for up to 100% of a standard work day, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform moderate to heavy physical activity
