Key Responsibilities- Patient Care Coordination: The RN Coordinator is responsible for assessing the needs of patients and their families, developing comprehensive care plans, and implementing effective nursing interventions.
- Communication: Acts as a crucial communication link between patients, their families, and the healthcare team, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged in the care process.
- Advocacy: Continuously advocates for patients and their families, focusing on delivering a customer service-oriented experience throughout their treatment journey.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required. New graduates with relevant experience may be considered.
- Certifications: Current BLS certification is mandatory, with OCN certification preferred.
- Schedule: The position involves a 4x work schedule from Monday to Friday with variable days off.
All candidates must present a valid government-issued photo ID on their first day to obtain the necessary identification badge for the facility.
