Core-Mark is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a critical part of our food distribution system, this role requires driving a tractor-trailer or straight truck on local and over-the-road routes to deliver and/or unload food and related products to customers.

Job Summary

This position involves driving a tractor-trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining a safe and inclusive working environment. You will be the face of our company, building lasting relationships with customers and communicating effectively with them, vendors, and co-workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all required safety checks and inspections according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
  • Follow all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
  • Drive to and deliver customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
  • Unload products from the trailer, transport items into designated customer storage areas, and verify delivery of items with customers.
  • Loading and securing trailers, as well as performing damage control checks on items.
Requirements:
  • A valid CDL-A license.
  • At least 6 months commercial driving experience.
  • A clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past 3 years.
  • Ability to hand-lift and utilize equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout the shift.
Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
