Job Title: Body Technician

Classic Collision is seeking a skilled Body Technician to join our team. As a Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete disassembly of vehicles to assess damage and prepare repair plans
  • Ensure all necessary repairs are identified to minimize supplements and repair time
  • Mend damaged body parts using various techniques, including hammering out and filling in dents, and welding broken parts
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including welders, soldering equipment, and cutting torches
  • File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces to ensure a smooth finish
  • Repair or replace defective parts
  • Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • I-CAR / ASE certifications preferred
  • 2-3 years' collision repair experience preferred
  • Valid Driver's License Required
  • Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
