Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Feed Mill Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pilgrim's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for diagnosing malfunctions and repairing all equipment, as well as completing daily work orders in the feed mill.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose malfunctions and repair all equipment in the feed mill
  • Complete daily work orders and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Perform routine maintenance and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems with equipment and systems
  • Monitor and control processes to ensure efficient operation of the feed mill
Requirements
  • Knowledge of mechanical principles and equipment maintenance
  • Ability to work at heights up to 120ft and in confined spaces
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 70lbs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in feed mill operations or maintenance
  • Knowledge of physics and mechanical principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
