We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Americold Logistics. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders and handle complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.

  • Generate and maintain accurate paperwork and records related to customer orders and transactions.

Requirements
