Job Overview

CrossFirst Bank is seeking a highly skilled Consumer Loan Documentation Specialist II to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar position and a working knowledge of consumer loan documentation and residential real estate lending products.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents for consumer mortgage loans, HELOCs, consumer non-residential and small business loans using loan documentation software.
  • Review and verify completeness of applicant data, title commitments, appraisals, flood determinations, evidence of insurance coverage and verification of employment.
  • Collaborate with Bankers, Assistants, outside counsel, Credit Underwriting team and Senior Credit Risk Officers as needed, to facilitate and coordinate loan closings.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
