  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience in Level III NICU or successful completion of KP Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) course or approved equivalent within prior 12 months.
  • Registered Nurse License (California)
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program
  • Basic Life Support from American Heart Association
