Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to team members by answering their questions, offering resources, and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • On-boarding: Assist with the on-boarding process for new hires, including data processing and correspondence.
  • File Maintenance: Ensure all team member files are up-to-date and accurate.
  • New Hire Orientation: Collaborate with the team to coordinate and present new hire orientation.
  • Back of House Operations: Maintain and update all back of house collateral on a regular basis.
  • Audits and Compliance: Assist with audits to ensure system data is accurate and all regulatory licenses are current.
  • License Reporting: Complete the monthly license report for the Colorado Department of Licensing.
  • Risk Management: Support Risk Management administrative duties.
