- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical and electrical systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including pumps, motors, and control systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency and ability to navigate software programs and MS Office.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment, with exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and physical demands. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and wear personal protective equipment as required.
