Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner for Wound Healing to join our team at Harlem Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Harlem, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for managing comprehensive wound care services, including prevention and treatment programs, to optimize resident outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wound care treatment plans for residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely intervention and optimal wound healing.
- Educate staff and residents on wound management best practices.
- Track resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license.
