About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team at CivicMinds, Inc. in Brooklyn. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will play a critical role in our rapidly growing market, utilizing advanced wound care techniques to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a home-based setting, utilizing advanced wound care techniques and technologies, including artificial and growth factor skin substitutes.
- Assess, stage, and prepare patients for wound care treatment, working closely with our regional clinical and operations team.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with our national clinical leadership to ensure extraordinary clinical quality and excellence in patient care.
Requirements:
- APRN licensure in New York
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Ability to travel to patient homes in Brooklyn and Queens
- Experience in wound care and debridement preferred
