Job Title: Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Lead

ITE Management, a leading investment manager and private equity firm, is seeking a Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Lead to join their team in New York. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of data analysts and data engineers to drive improved data processes and generate new insights from data.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate complex data insights and support business decision-making.
  • Work closely with business leaders to identify needs, develop solutions, and present findings to drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of data analytics tools, platforms, and infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field (STEM); Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Broad experience with data manipulation and analysis (SQL and e.g. Python, R, etc.).
  • High proficiency with business analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
  • Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ELT processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized with good project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and quality principles.
  • Cloud Platform: Familiarity with cloud-based business intelligence and data analytics platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
