Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department, including forecasting goals and objectives, hiring and training staff, and preparing and administering an annual operating budget. You will also be responsible for maintaining reporting systems, attending managers' meetings, and monitoring and controlling the performance of the department using appropriate reports and tracking systems.
You will work closely with our sales and parts teams to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our technicians are equipped with the tools and training they need to succeed. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to promote new and repeat business, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations.
