Your Role

As a Cash Processing Associate, you will play a critical role in our cash management operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Verifying assigned work and inspecting deposit bags for evidence of tampering.
  • Performing deposit processing functions, including reconciling any out-of-balance conditions.
  • Maintaining compliance with all company policies, including state and federal regulations.
  • Identifying Counterfeit, Suspicious Activity (SAR), and any potential AML Red Flag Transactions and immediately reporting same to Supervisor.
  • Meeting or exceeding all established deposit processing productivity standards.
  • Verifying cash settlements are accurate and transferring funds to appropriate vaults.
  • Identifying and sharing process improvement opportunities.
  • Working independently without direct supervision or oversight.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Cash handling and balancing experience is highly desirable.
  • 1-2 years of teller experience is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills and experience are essential.
  • Detail-oriented with basic Math skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed.
