Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Night Crew Leader to join our team at GIANT Food Stores. As a Night Crew Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise team members during evening shifts, ensuring they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Oversee the receiving, stocking, and rotation of merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations, including receiving, stocking, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and store operations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with inventory management systems and software.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including receiving, stocking, and customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
