We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Riverside PostAcute Care. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising and guiding residents during daily activities and skills building.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for residents.
- Assisting with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal hygiene support.
- Fostering strong relationships with residents and creating a safe and supportive environment.
- Updating resident case notes on a daily basis.
- Maintaining an optimal staff-to-client ratio at all times.
- Participating in wellness programs and initiatives that promote resident well-being.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as access to comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
