Platt College Los Angeles, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare Training Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Educator - Medical Assisting, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in our medical assisting program.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical assisting, with a minimum of four years' experience in the field. They will also need to hold an Associate's degree or higher in a related subject area and possess certifications such as CPR, BLS, and First Aid. CMA certification is highly desirable.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality instruction to students in our medical assisting program.
  • Create and implement curriculum that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to ensure that our program remains current and relevant.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is between $66,560 and $68,640 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
