Job Summary

As a Starbucks Lead at Giant Eagle, you will play a key role in developing our team members and driving business growth. Responsibilities
  • Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Customer Service: Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience.
  • Store Operations: Manage store operations, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving, to ensure that the store is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Leadership: Supervise and evaluate team members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving, to ensure that the store has the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Quality and Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness, ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a restaurant or barista role, with a desire to become a non-union team leader.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification: Food Safety certification.
  • Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds.
  • Travel: Regional travel required, less than 10% of the time.
  • Age: At least 18 years of age.
