- Customer Service: Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience.
- Store Operations: Manage store operations, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving, to ensure that the store is running efficiently and effectively.
- Leadership: Supervise and evaluate team members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving, to ensure that the store has the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Quality and Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness, ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a restaurant or barista role, with a desire to become a non-union team leader.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification: Food Safety certification.
- Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds.
- Travel: Regional travel required, less than 10% of the time.
- Age: At least 18 years of age.
