Compensation: Potential earnings of $81,000 annually at plan.
Key Responsibilities- Develop personalized financial strategies for clients based on their life stages, professional situations, and changing financial needs.
- Act as a collaborative team member eager to enhance skills through ongoing training opportunities.
- Assist clients in achieving their financial objectives through strategic recommendations on products, plans, and investments.
- Collect and evaluate each client's financial data to accurately assess factors such as financial status, cash flow, expectations, goals, retirement plans, and other wealth management considerations.
- Establish trust with new clients acquired through proactive outreach to identify and cultivate prospects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other relevant tools is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and mathematical skills, complemented by a proven ability to build strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Familiarity with financial products, the financial sector, and roles related to personal financial advising or planning is essential.
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
- Sales experience: 2 years (Preferred).
