Our clinical float pool comprises Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Medical Assistants (MA), who offer flexible staffing solutions across various locations. Float pool personnel engage in a diverse range of clinical tasks within our extensive network of outpatient medical facilities. Our specialties encompass Internal and Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OBGYN, Surgical specialties, and Immediate Care.

Key Responsibilities:

Support healthcare providers as needed; prepare examination rooms, monitor patient vitals, triage patients, process prescriptions, and fulfill other related duties.

Primary Duties:

  • Execute the nursing process in person, via telephone (telephone triage), and through telehealth platforms.
  • Evaluate and identify patient requirements, strategize to achieve optimal outcomes, intervene, and assess progress towards care objectives.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including Physicians and Physician Assistants, to formulate and implement a comprehensive care plan.
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and vaccinations, conduct point-of-care testing, and manage specimens in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Provide education to patients regarding self-management, medications, nutrition, health, and wellness based on collaboratively designed care plans.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Must possess a current Registered Nursing (RN) license in New Hampshire.
  • Required certifications: Current BLS/CPR training.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment is essential.
  • Familiarity with Epic systems is advantageous.
