POSITION SUMMARY: This role is essential for the design and execution of material and information flow processes within various projects. The primary emphasis is on comprehending the entire supply chain system and contributing significantly to projects of small to medium scale. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify underlying customer requirements and challenges, proposing viable solutions.

Design and implement comprehensive integrated processes that fulfill project objectives. Project scopes may involve new product launches, capacity enhancements, or portfolio diversification.

Assist in the development of MES and ERP systems for new products and processes in the manufacturing sector.

Incorporate advanced software and hardware technologies into manufacturing to support production teams and enhance operational efficiency. Act as a bridge between IT specialists and manufacturing personnel.

Develop strategies for material, inventory, and information flow aligned with business needs across planning, production, sourcing, and delivery.

Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, continuous improvement events, and value stream mapping sessions.

Design and acquire material storage solutions, handling equipment, and computing hardware for medium to large-scale projects.

Establish collaborative relationships with colleagues across the organization and with suppliers.

Effectively communicate new concepts, project updates, and outcomes to project teams and leadership through organized presentations that foster discussion and understanding.

Innovate new concepts and strategies aimed at reducing overall supply chain costs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

1-5 years of experience in project management, supply chain, IT, operations, or industrial engineering is preferred.

Familiarity with material and information flow systems, including ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and lean methodologies.

Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with change management practices.

Project management capabilities.

Cross-functional experience is advantageous.

Willingness to travel up to 25% if necessary.
