Job Summary

Westamerica Bank is seeking a skilled Loan Processor to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for processing consumer loan payments and payoffs, responding to service requests, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process consumer loan payments and payoffs for active and charged-off loans and lines
  • Respond to service requests and provide timely resolutions
  • Calculate interest, loan payments, and balances
  • Handle phone inquiries regarding consumer loan payments
  • Prepare histories for consumer loans
Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and analytical skills. A minimum of one year of general business experience, preferably in banking, is required. PC proficiency and the ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal errors are essential.
