Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing nutritional support and education to patients and their families.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices in renal nutrition.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Current state licensure (if required by the state).
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
  • Minimum of one (1) year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian.
  • Previous experience in nutrition associated with an ESRD patient preferred.

Compensation

$34 - $44 / hour depending on experience and qualifications.
