Position Overview: As a CNA/Caregiver, your responsibilities will include providing care for a bedbound client within their residence, requiring ongoing mobility support. Duties will encompass:
- Wheelchair assistance
- Bathing and dressing support
- Personal hygiene care
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Errands and maintaining a safe environment
Additional training opportunities are available to enhance your skills.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time role with benefits. Candidates must be available for the complete shift: Monday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. This position is ongoing and does not have a predetermined end date.

Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
- Reliable personal vehicle with full coverage insurance is necessary.
- Minimum of one year of paid experience working with the elderly or individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Experience with bedbound clients and wheelchair transfers is preferred.
- Ability to use a gait belt and/or Hoyer Lift is preferred, or a willingness to learn.
- Must complete required yearly training and maintain documentation.
- Moderate computer and cell phone skills are necessary.
- Ability to monitor and report changes in the client's health status.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to engage in physical activities.
- Capability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods.
- Moderate lifting and repositioning of clients.
- Regular bending, lifting, standing, and moving is required.
