Job Overview

As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our stores. With your leadership skills and retail knowledge, you will help oversee store operations, manage and develop a team, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, from merchandising and product launches to meeting and exceeding sales objectives. You will also be responsible for coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
  • Prior management experience
  • Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
  • The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
