Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of our global cyber services strategy to support growth and profitability across the global cyber portfolio and each regional division.
  • Manage and build strategic vendor relationships to provide policyholders with industry-leading cybersecurity solutions.
  • Deliver cyber services to policyholders, including onboarding calls, tabletop exercises, and other activities.
  • Improve existing products and services to enhance the competitiveness of QBE's cyber insurance offering and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Develop in-house cybersecurity and advisory capabilities for QBE as part of a larger global services strategy.
  • Assist in selecting, managing, onboarding, and overseeing strategic vendor relationships to provide policyholders with industry-leading cybersecurity solutions.
  • Support QBE Cyber Services marketing efforts, working closely with marketing teams to ensure relevant and consistent delivery of messages and provision of thought leadership content.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing training of underwriters and brokers on risk management offerings, as well as market trends and controls updates.
  • Work closely with underwriting teams and internal stakeholders on risk assessment and the changing cyber risk landscape.

Requirements

  • A strong background in cybersecurity and cyber risk management, including experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies and solutions across different industries and/or market segments.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality cyber services to clients or policyholders.
  • Experience in managing and developing relationships with key vendors.
  • Experience in providing training and risk management support to internal teams, such as underwriters and brokers.
  • Experience in leading teams, managing projects, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • A deep understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in the context of cyber insurance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $181,500 - $272,500, depending on location and experience. Regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBE's annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual performance.
