Job Overview

As a competitive Producer for Jordan Smithson - State Farm Agent, you will be responsible for recognizing opportunities and strategically turning leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends will equip you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

Key Responsibilities
  • New business acquisition - leads provided
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
