Job Summary

The Facilities Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our workspace. This position is responsible for maintaining and overseeing grounds, buildings, and equipment to provide a clean and safe working environment for employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members to ensure a clean and safe workspace.
  • Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, including offices, conference rooms, parking lots, and outdoor recreation spaces.
  • Perform routine maintenance on facilities and make repairs as needed to prevent equipment failure and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors to ensure timely and effective maintenance.
  • Collaborate with security system vendors or a team of security professionals to ensure proper security measures are in place for the workplace.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including delegating or completing maintenance orders to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions to ensure a safe and functional workspace.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years' experience in facility maintenance.
