At StandardAero, we leverage our expertise and creativity to tackle both simple and intricate challenges in the aviation sector.
As an Avionics Specialist II, your primary responsibilities will include modifications to avionics systems. You will adjust, repair, or replace defective components or assemblies utilizing hand tools and soldering equipment.You will also assemble components such as switches, electrical controls, and junction boxes with precision using hand tools and soldering irons.
Your role will involve connecting components to assemblies like radio systems, instruments, and inverters, ensuring optimal functionality.
Additionally, you will install electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and systems within aircraft.
You will interpret flight test data to diagnose malfunctions and systemic performance issues.
You will layout the installation of aircraft assemblies and systems according to provided documentation; assembling prototypes or models of circuits, instruments, and systems for testing purposes.
You will set up and operate ground support and testing equipment to conduct functional flight tests of electrical and electronic systems.
Experience with Gulfstream aircraft avionics or corporate jet avionics is preferred.Health- & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts

Salary:
$33-45 per hour based on experience
