Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Sidney, OH. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to production teams on quality-related issues
  • Conduct gauge calibration and repair, as well as setup and testing
  • Ensure all gauges are functioning properly and up to date on calibration
  • Create, maintain, and revise quality documentation
  • Assist in nonconforming product disposition
  • Participate in internal audits to verify conformance to quality standards
  • Create and edit CMM programming
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements:
  • Experience in quality systems
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of multiple gauging techniques and aspects
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Teamcenter
  • Working knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to support periodic travel
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or three years of relevant experience
  • ASQ Certification
  • CMM Programming and troubleshooting (PCDMIS software)
