About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot Training Specialist to join our team at CAE. As an Instructor Pilot, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class training to our clients, helping them to achieve their aviation goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to clients, utilizing your expertise and knowledge of aviation best practices.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to clients, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of training services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client training, in accordance with CAE policy and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating.
  • FAR Part 135 experience and 3,000 hours of total flight time preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
