Pilot Ownership Transition

At Txtav, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot Ownership Transition professional to join our team. As a key member of our aviation operations team, you will be responsible for providing temporary, on-site flight support for owners under the ProOwnership management agreement and Transition Pilot Services Agreement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance ownership experience by providing product expertise on Citation and King Air systems, avionics, and flying characteristics.
  • Consistently communicate product and ownership benefits during flight activities.
  • Act as a pilot mentor to flight crews and owner/operators in Citation and/or KingAir products.
  • Serve as a company liaison between the owner and Textron Aviation to ensure that the concerns of all parties are fairly represented.
  • Monitor flight activities to ensure flights are conducted within the guidelines set forth in the operations manual.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate with the owner regarding Pilot-In-Command responsibilities, standards of safe operations, and efficient methods of aircraft utilization.
  • Maintain familiarity with all applicable FAA and ICAO regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Aerospace, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of industry relative experience.
  • Ability to obtain a valid US passport.
  • FAA First Class medical.
  • Airline Transport Pilot certification and demonstrated piloting skills higher than the minimums stated from the appropriate Practical Test Standards.
  • 2,000 hours multi-engine time.
  • 500 hours turbo-jet time.
  • International operating experience.
  • Experience in Citation or King Air products preferred.
  • FAA Flight Instructor Certification required.
