Sales Associate - Customer Service Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team at Runnings. As a key member of our retail store staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Greet customers, answer product-related questions, and provide assistance with purchases.
  2. Merchandise Management: Price store merchandise, make price changes as requested, and restock shelves as needed.
  3. Store Operations: Assist with receiving freight, organize incoming products, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
  • Familiarity with firearms and sales regulations is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Salary and Benefits:
