Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell LUV membership passes utilizing knowledge-based retail techniques.
  • Build, develop, and sustain positive relationships with customers and businesses.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets and deadlines.
  • Inform customers about promotions, memberships, and products to enhance their service experience.
  • Demonstrate strong relationship management skills and receptiveness to feedback.

All employees are expected to stay informed about company policies and updates through designated internal channels.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency while providing friendly and courteous service.
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated and driven by targets, with a proven history in membership sales.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and selling abilities.
