Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Resident Care Manager at our Transitional Care organization in Everett, WA.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and review care plans for residents, ensuring alignment with medical and nursing treatments.
  • Conduct daily rounds to ensure staff are performing their assignments.
  • Review nurses' notes to ensure care is provided in accordance with physician and patient wishes.
  • Train, evaluate, and support RN, LPN, and CNA staff.
  • Provide direct nursing care as needed.
Requirements
  • WA State Unencumbered RN License
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
