Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the formulation, execution, and upkeep of the environmental, health, and safety initiatives across manufacturing facilities, construction projects, and various operational sites.
- Ensure adherence to documented protocols, customer compliance platforms, informational posters, logs, promotional materials, and necessary documentation (for regulatory bodies, clients, and governmental organizations).
- Act as the company representative during inspections conducted by regulatory agencies or clients.
- Establish and enforce inspection guidelines and a timetable for regular assessments.
- Conduct thorough investigations of all incidents and accidents to identify underlying causes.
- Utilize data analysis to forecast potential hazards.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification in both Construction and General Industry is mandatory.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience is desirable.
