About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Butcher Shop Sales Associate at Crimson Enterprises. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our high-quality meat and delicatessen products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our meat and delicatessen products
  • Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness in the store
  • Refine and portion meat, sausage, cheese, baked goods, and delicatessen with finesse
  • Maintain a strong focus on compliance with hygiene regulations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience
Requirements
  • Vocational training or work experience in the food retail industry or (system) gastronomy
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Team spirit and sense of responsibility
  • Commitment to tasks and ability to work independently and conscientiously
