Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations, including slotting, labor planning, and layout optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, and develop and implement solutions to drive business results.
  • Lead and manage projects to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and quality, using data-driven approaches and lean methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure warehouse performance and track progress against goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to warehouse staff on lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and data analysis techniques.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field, and 7+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives and achieving significant cost savings or productivity gains.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) a plus.
