Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pet Care Team Leader to join our team at Pawsitive Dawg Walking and Pet Sitting, LLC. As a Pet Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to our furry clients, ensuring their happiness and well-being. Your primary focus will be on dog walking and pet sitting services, but you will also be involved in other aspects of our business, such as scheduling, customer service, and team management.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional dog walking and pet sitting services to our clients, ensuring their pets receive the highest level of care and attention.
  • Manage and coordinate dog walking and pet sitting schedules, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Supervise and train new team members, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team, suggesting new ideas and initiatives to improve our services and operations.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in dog walking and pet sitting, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to walk dogs of various sizes and breeds.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
