About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Hampton Roads Transit, interacting with customers daily and providing information on our services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries regarding HRT services.
  • Maintain databases and process Lost and Found items efficiently.
  • Offer assistance with Public Outreach initiatives when applicable.
Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $31,200 per year, based on industry standards and comparable positions in the Hampton Roads area.
