• Develop and execute menu concepts that showcase the finest ingredients and culinary techniques.
• Lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals to achieve excellence in food quality, presentation, and service.
• Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and memorable dining experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Participate in menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.

Requirements:

• Formal training or education in culinary arts, with a focus on hot line techniques.
• At least one year of experience in a senior culinary role or as a Cook III.
• Proficient in various culinary methods and able to lead a team with precision and attention to detail.
• Strong focus on quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes.
