1. Familiarity with hot line techniques and culinary arts principles.
2. Minimum one year experience as a Cook IV or previous equivalent experience as a Cook III.
3. Ability to provide precise attention to detail, resulting in exceptional presentation and quality.
4. Knowledge of local and international cuisine, including flavor profiles, textures, and cooking methods.
5. Awareness of sustainable practices and environmentally responsible sourcing.
