**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Meet and greet customers in a professional manner, both in-person and over the phone.
• Assist customers in our waiting area with refreshments and provide a comfortable and welcoming environment.
• Service appointment scheduling for customers, both over the phone and in person.
• Confirm appointments 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process payments and invoices, as well as perform other miscellaneous office duties.
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up with customers to maintain high satisfaction ratings and ensure their needs are met.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
• **Requirements**
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite, with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and other software applications.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees, while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
• **Working Hours**
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the possibility of working Saturdays.
