Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to play a crucial role in our mission to shape the future of EV charging across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including construction and engineering agreements, real estate acquisitions, and vendor agreements.
  • Infrastructure Development: Build and scale our contracts management infrastructure to support our rapid growth and success.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive our ambitious expansion plans and contribute to critical projects that are reshaping the automotive industry.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Experience in negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts, as well as drafting, negotiating, and managing master services agreements for various vendors and contracting partners.
