Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a focus on ground-up commercial or multi-family projects
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects with contract values of $10 - $50M+
  • Strong expertise in project management, estimating, scheduling, budget/cost control, negotiation, field logistics, and financial reporting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
