Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a detailed integration project plan, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Manage project milestones, address issues, and escalate concerns to senior management and stakeholders as needed.
- Regularly report progress and provide updates to Integration management and Firm Executives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
